The RoleThe role supports the CEO and as such, it is complex, dynamic and demands the most exacting standards. It is a busy role, requiring the candidates to be adaptable, flexible and very proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex travel/diary management
- Creating and managing highly confidential files and records
- Presentation preparation
- High level of international client and VIP liaison
- Adhoc project management and event management
- Strong emphasis on report writing and preparing complex presentations
- Effective time management and strong decision making ability in the absence of the CEO

Job SkillsThe candidate should have intermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as be advanced in Outlook and Word. Skill set, followed by cultural fit are the two most important criteria including professionalism, open communication, strong follow‑up skills and good team playing ability.
Other qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years’ experience (preferably within the UAE)
- Strong preference for candidates who come from the service/hospitality sector
- Strong EA with English as a first language
- Demonstrated flexibility and commitment due to the seniority of the role and the reporting line
