Context
Responsible for managing and maintaining all project related documents and records in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Missions/Main Duties- Maintain an organized document control system for technical drawings, reports, specifications and project records.
- Ensure that all documents are correctly categorized, stored, and retrievable as per project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals.
- Collect and register all technical documents in the company’s system.
- Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies for document submissions and approvals.
- Maintain both digital and hard copy records as per company procedures.
- Follow the submission protocols within the Company’s system as well as with the clients.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or related field.
Background:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5+ years in document control management, preferably on metro rail or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recording.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start immediately. Candidates must be willing to be assigned to Dubai, UAE.
