Job Summary
We are looking for motivated UAE National candidates (Freshers or Experienced) to join our team in Administrative, HR, or Procurement roles. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their careers in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Assist in HR activities such as documentation, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support procurement processes including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
