We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior management. The role requires strong calendar and diary management skills, professionalism, and fluency in English
.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and diaries
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and executive schedules
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential and ad‑hoc EA support tasks

• Minimum 6 years experience as an Executive Assistant
• Strong MS Office and organizational skills
• Experience supporting senior leadership
