What You'll Do?- Conduct pre- and post‑refurbishment inspections at MRL.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, body, and interior components.
- Identify issues related to accident repairs, paint, and bodywork quality.
- Verify that repairs meet Cars
24 standards. - Perform test drives to assess braking, steering, transmission, and NVH.
- Document inspection findings in Cars
24 systems with images and remarks. - Raise QC rejections, track repairs, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension).
- Understanding of accident repair quality and paint/body standards.
- Knowledge of RTA inspection.
- Basic diagnostic skills (DTC reading, warning lights).
- Ability to assess road‑test feedback for QC.
