Service Advisor – German Car Specialist

We are a professional automotive workshop in Dubai specializing in German vehicles including BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen. Our workshop focuses on high-quality service, advanced diagnostics, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our growing team.

• Welcome customers and assist them with service and repair inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and respond to Whats App or customer messages.
• Create job cards and clearly explain repair or maintenance work to customers.
• Coordinate between technicians and customers regarding vehicle status.
• Order spare parts from suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
• Provide customers with repair updates and estimated completion times.
• Prepare invoices and ensure smooth vehicle delivery to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
• Good knowledge of German cars (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, VW).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage phone calls, walk-in customers, and workshop coordination.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts ordering.
• Basic computer skills for job cards, invoices, and workshop systems.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
