- Meet and greet the seller in an appropriate warm and professional manner to create a good first impression and build rapport.
- Guide the seller through the relevant check‑in, waiting and deal area process.
- Perform the vehicle inspection in a safe, courteous and professional manner.
- Complete the inspection report accurately within the stipulated time as per SAC quality standards for picture and vehicle inspection.
- Identify the seller’s hot buttons using the standard open and close‑ended qualifying questions and feed the closer with the information.
- Assist the closer in closing the deal by using appropriate trial closing, negotiation, perceived value increase and objection handling techniques.
- Complete the appropriate documentation for the accepted offers and forward it along with the vehicle to the operation team; ensure receipt in full.
- Ensure that all prospective sellers who accept or reject the offer are sent‑off in a professional and courteous manner to leave a positive image of SAC and motivate them to refer other sellers.
- Qualified technician or engineer.
- UAE driving license.
- Minimum 3–5 years of technical knowledge about the automotive field.
- Customer service experience.
- Diploma or degree qualified.
- Strong vehicle inspection skills.
- Strong customer experience and sales skills.
- General proficiency in using browsers, applications and email.
- General proficiency in English.
