Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to vehicle performance and diagnose problems through advanced diagnostic tools and procedures to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for service technicians to ensure they are proficient in the latest vehicle technologies and repair methodologies and to enhance the quality of service.
- Create and update technical documentation, including service manuals, bulletins, and repair procedures, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to the service network.
- Provide technical support to dealerships and service centers, assisting with difficult repairs and offering solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is essential, providing a strong foundation in automotive principles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service engineering, demonstrating practical experience and industry knowledge.
- Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically in aftersales service or technical support roles.
