A leading automotive organization is seeking an experienced Parts Sales & Planning Manager to oversee regional spare parts operations, inventory planning, sales performance, and dealer support across the aftersales network.
The role will be responsible for driving parts sales growth, optimizing inventory management, improving supply chain efficiency, and ensuring parts availability across multiple markets. The successful candidate will work closely with dealers, logistics teams, finance, and regional stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional spare parts sales and inventory planning strategies
- Monitor parts sales performance, market demand, and stock movement across the dealer network
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence risks
- Analyze sales trends, forecasting data, and market requirements to improve parts availability
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient parts distribution
- Support dealers with parts planning, ordering processes, and sales development initiatives
- Monitor KPI performance including fill rates, order fulfillment, stock aging, and sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, inventory reports, and management presentations
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to support budgeting and profitability initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to parts operations and planning processes
- Support new vehicle launches with parts readiness and inventory planning activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts operations, inventory planning, or aftersales management
- Strong understanding of automotive parts sales, forecasting, and inventory control principles
- Experience managing dealer networks and regional aftersales operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management processes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional coordination
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Automotive OEM or distributor experience is highly preferred
- Fluent English communication skills required
