We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Polisher to join our workshop team, with experience working on European, German, and luxury vehicles
. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in vehicle presentation, paint correction, polishing quality, and delivering a premium finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for restoring and enhancing vehicle paintwork through proper polishing techniques, surface preparation, and finishing processes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
RequirementsPolishing & Surface Finishing
- Perform machine polishing and paint correction on European, German, and luxury vehicles
- Remove minor scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and surface imperfections
- Prepare vehicle surfaces before polishing, compounding, and finishing
- Apply polishing compounds, finishing products, and protective materials correctly
- Inspect paintwork condition and recommend the appropriate polishing process
- Ensure all vehicles are finished to a high cosmetic and quality standard
- Maintain consistency in gloss, clarity, and overall surface finish
Vehicle Care & Detailing Support
- Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles before and after polishing work
- Support final detailing and presentation of vehicles before handover
- Protect vehicle trim, glass, panels, and sensitive areas during polishing
- Handle polishing tools, pads, compounds, and materials properly
Workshop & Safety
- Follow workshop safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Take proper care of polishing machines, tools, and materials
- Support workshop cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a vehicle polisher or in automotive paint correction
- Good knowledge of polishing techniques, compounds, pads, and machine use
- Experience working on European, German, and luxury vehicles is highly preferred
- Strong eye for detail and surface quality
- Ability to identify paint defects and choose the correct polishing method
- Good teamwork and time management skills
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred
