We’re Hiring:
Showroom Supervisor

Location: Dubai , UAE

Inter Emirates Motors (MG) is looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Showroom Supervisor to lead our sales operations. This role is ideal for an experienced automotive sales professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Showroom Supervisor, you will oversee daily showroom activities, support and coach the sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives related to vehicle sales, trade-ins, customer satisfaction, and lead management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve new vehicle sales targets.
  • Oversee trade-in appraisals, incoming used vehicle stock, and related sales activities.
  • Review sales performance regularly and implement action plans to maximize results.
  • Support Sales Consultants in closing deals and managing customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and sales procedures.
  • Monitor lead management activities and customer follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high CSI scores.
  • Coordinate showroom participation in outdoor events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through continuous feedback and on-the-job training.
  • Prepare performance reports and contribute to forecasting and business planning activities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive sales experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets.
