Role OverviewWe are seeking aBusiness Development Manager (BDM)based inDubaiwith strong experience in theWeb3 industry. The candidate will focus onlead hunting and sales development, identifying new business opportunities in the Web3 market and building strong client relationships to expand Antier’s presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Hunt, identify, and qualifynew leads in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem(DeFi, NFT, Metaverse, Tokenization, Exchanges, etc.).
- Build a strongsales pipelineand manage end-to-end business development activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, founders, and stakeholders in the Web3 industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to align client requirements with Antier’s service offerings.
- Stay updated withemerging trends, competitors, and opportunitiesin the Web3 and blockchain space.
- Represent Antier Solutions inconferences, meetups, and networking eventsin Dubai.
- Work towards achieving and exceedingsales targets and revenue goals.
- Proven experience (5+ years) inbusiness development/sales in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
- Stronglead generation, hunting, and networking skills.
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFT, and related domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in atarget-driven environment.
- Based inDubai (mandatory).
- Existingnetwork/contacts in the Web3 ecosystemin Dubai.
- Prior experience inconsulting, product sales, or technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
