Overview

Contract Manager. As a Contract Manager, you will oversee all aspects of contract agreements between our company and our clients. Your role includes reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and monitoring contract performance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure contracts are accurately drafted and executed in a timely manner. You will maintain accurate records of all contracts and advise management on potential risks or issues.

This is a contract position based in Dubai.

• Review and negotiate contract terms to protect company interests and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to draft, review, and execute contracts accurately.
• Maintain organized contract records and reporting for management.
• Advise management on potential risks, issues, or opportunities related to contracts.

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Background in law or business administration is beneficial but not required.
