The Coordinator of Bids & Proposals will support the preparation and submission of winning proposals. In this role, you will collaborate with the commercial team to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), managing the proposal development process to ensure timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and high-quality submissions.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview RFP documents and produce the required documentation in alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate and evaluate proposals submitted by subconsultants, including solicitation and analysis of their fee proposals (FP).
Ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Update internal systems and tracking files to maintain accurate records of proposals and submissions.
Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential consultants’ profiles to support proposal development.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Assist with pre-qualification in Client’s and Operator’s portals.
Skills & QualificationsStrong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in tracking systems, spreadsheets, and basic administrative processes.
Previous experience in bids and proposals, preferably in the same industry.
