A reputable Dubai-based trading firm known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.
Job Description- Coordinate order follow-ups, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of piping materials.
- Prepare and manage import/export documents and ensure customs compliance.
- Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to resolve delays and update delivery schedules.
- Support procurement and operations through ERP updates, inventory checks, and documentation.
- Open to Asian nationals preferably ages up to 40 years old with least 1 year UAE experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, international logistics, and customs procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software
