The Procurement Officer manages the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services required to support CXG’s global operations. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal processes while building strong relationships with vendors and collaborating closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities1. Procurement & Sourcing
- Handle the full procurement cycle from request to delivery
- Source, assess, and select suppliers that meet CXG’s standards
- Conduct market research to benchmark costs and identify savings
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal value
- Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance evaluations
- Resolve supplier issues and ensure adherence to service expectations
- Coordinate contract renewals and ensure compliance with policies
- Review purchase requests and prepare accurate purchase orders
- Collaborate with Finance on budgets, invoicing, and approvals
- Ensure all procurement activities follow CXG’s procedures and audit requirements
- Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of goods/services
- Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2-4 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor‑management skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement systems is an advantage
