Head of Business Development

We are partnering with a leading luxury real estate firm in Dubai as they expand their footprint. This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional with a strong network, a talent for building strategic partnerships, and the ambition to drive meaningful growth.

In this role, you will lead efforts to uncover high-value opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and strengthen the firm’s presence in key markets. You will be instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted partner for investors, developers, and corporate clients both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business development plans to support the company’s expansion goals
• Build and maintain strong connections with developers, UHNW clients, institutional investors, and strategic partners
• Drive initiatives that enhance the brand’s visibility across new markets and sectors
• Source off‑market deals, exclusive listings, and unique business opportunities that elevate the firm’s reputation and performance
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure business development initiatives align with company objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in business development within real estate, luxury services, or related sectors, with a proven record of delivering results
• Strong, well‑established network across developers, family offices, and investors
• Ability to identify and close complex deals with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives both independently and as part of a team
