• Supervise and nurture a portfolio of mobile app developers and agencies.
• Take charge of online campaigns and meticulously evaluate their performance.
• Harness data-driven insights to scrutinize and enhance campaign outcomes, offering valuable yield strategy recommendations.
• Manage the technical deployment and execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth operations.
• Contribute actively to business development initiatives.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the AdTech industry in the app ecosystem , preferably as a Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability coupled with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and findings.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player while also being self-sufficient.
