Join our Visual Display team in the UAE as a Key Account Assistant Manager (IR), where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact. You’ll be at the heart of driving our TV and Audio sales strategy, working hand-in-hand with distributors and dealers. Your day will be filled with building relationships, finding innovative ways to utilize resources, and striving to meet and exceed our sales and market share goals.

How

You Will Make An Impact:
  • Take a lead role in country-wide sales planning and target setting to drive higher market share in the local dealer market, achieve revenue, and meet profitability goals.
  • Identify key models and collaborate with marketing and channel teams to position them as flagship products.
  • Manage distributors and key dealers, overseeing channel development to fulfill Samsung's objectives, achieving sales revenue, market share, and investing in the right channels.
  • Oversee key retailer management and enhance Samsung Visual Display visibility in the local IR market.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports to management.
  • Work closely with marketing and dealers to boost product visibility in stores, ensuring Samsung products are prominently displayed and readily available.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and collaborate with channel partners to proactively address potential challenges.
  • Coordinate channel marketing and sell-out programs to support market share growth.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in distributor management within the consumer electronics sector, with a focus on export business.
  • Hands‑on experience with purchase, sales, and inventory management (PSI).
  • Demonstrated success in managing distributor relationships and channel operations.
  • Experience in re‑export and dealer market activities.
  • Strong communication skills in both Persian and English are an advantage.
