Job Description
- Identify obstacles and challenges hindering initiatives to develop licensing services, specifically related to vehicle registration services
- Coordinate the design of tests and experiments related to vehicle registration services with relevant departments
- Develop a plan for the improvement of vehicle licensing services within the vehicle registration department, monitoring the status, implementation dates, and progress updates
- Contribute to the development of project management implementation plans for customer journey and licensing services in the vehicle registration department
- Coordinate with relevant entities to accomplish tasks and activities related to vehicle registration services, adhering to indicators and measurements issued by the government
- Provide comprehensive reports to senior management on the status of department initiatives and their impact on licensing services
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, operations, and projects related to vehicle registration services
- Execute recommendations to enhance the maturity of the digital transformation system in vehicle registration services
- Identify the factors facilitating the implementation of best practices in service development processes across all channels related to vehicle registration services
- Study and analyse the current plans for vehicle registration services, detailing their organizational processes and improving the flow of information
- Conduct benchmarking to evaluate the progress of digital transformation in vehicle registration services
- Ensure the achievement of the digital adoption indicator and its requirements related to vehicle registration services in accordance with government directives
- Ensure the application of governance in vehicle licensing services within the vehicle registration department
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the position as assigned
- Analyses the impact of all developments made to vehicle registration services across all service delivery channels
Qualifications
- Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or equivalent. 8 years of working experience
