- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage and follow up on outstanding items such as payments, deliverables, and other pending issues.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in recovery or collections-related roles and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- This role requires someone who can work independently, exercise good judgment, and ensure timely resolution of all outstanding matters without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track outstanding tasks, payments, deliverables, and issues to ensure timely closure and resolution.
- Manage overdue accounts, collections, and recovery processes effectively, ensuring minimal delays or escalations.
- Work independently to prioritize daily tasks and follow‑up activities, exercising sound judgment in decision‑making.
- Coordinate and communicate proactively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and third parties to resolve outstanding issues.
- Identify potential obstacles or delays and apply problem‑solving skills to find practical and efficient solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of follow‑ups, communications, and resolutions to support transparency and accountability.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of outstanding items and escalations for management review.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or any related courses.
- At least 6+ years of experience in B2B
Debt Recovery and stakeholder engagement. - Proven experience in recovery, debt collection, credit control, or a related follow‑up role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good judgment and decision‑making capabilities, especially when handling complex or ambiguous situations.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for tracking and reporting (e.g., CRM, ERP, Excel).
