Product Manager Leader - Workplace Service

Responsibilities

Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steer product direction using business and product analysis.
Analyze and diagnose business problems, identify user pain points and priorities, conduct competitive analysis, and implement plans for responsible areas.
Deliver secure and user‑friendly products, coordinate and drive targets for multiple teams (Technology, Testing & Operations) to achieve product business goals.
Handle product operations, including training and data analysis, pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products.
• Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently; able to provide guidance for sub‑products.
• Familiar with internet product design and development processes; able to communicate, interact and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches.

• Strong sense of ownership, innovation, self‑driven and results‑focused mentality, able to reach challenging goals in a fast‑paced environment with excellent problem‑solving skill.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a good sense of teamwork, open‑minded.
