At Urban Company, a Senior Manager's role is to maximize sales and profitability in their respective categories by working one or more work streams such as quality, supply, growth and innovation. The role is dynamic and requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and grow their product category within the organization. We are looking for folks with a high degree of ownership, bias-for-action, passion and ability to go above and beyond.

• Quality Building: We are required to maintain very high NPS as per industry standards of existing services along with all the new planned additions to the portfolio.
• Supply Building: You will identify and onboard service aggregators in the category. This will involve meeting many of them and plenty of fieldwork.
• Problem Solving: The role requires you to problem solve at the grass root level. We expect the candidate to self ideate and innovate solutions to the problems at hand.
• Hustle: Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty. The candidate should have the willingness to deep dive into each problem, understand and improve the key drivers of the business.
• Partner Relationship: We need to constantly work to improve partner side economics and happiness of our professionals. The candidate will be accountable for building a loyal base of professionals with a very high affinity to UC as a platform.

• Strong SQL and data analysis/insights skill
• Go-getter attitude and ability to be hands-on
• Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others.
• Experience of managing teams/people would be a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience
