Job DescriptionAs a Manager, COO Office, you will play a pivotal role in the regional team, working directly with the COO to drive the company’s strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the development and performance management of OKRs, implementing effective governance mechanisms, and leading high‑priority cross‑functional and special projects. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across MENA, including regional functional leads, MDs, and Exco members, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company’s vision.

Strategic Alignment & OKR Development:
- Collaborate with the COO to define and align cross‑functional OKRs with business goals.
- Facilitate the establishment of measurable and achievable goals across functions.
- Ensure that OKRs are effectively communicated and understood throughout the COO functions.
- Develop and implement governance mechanisms to track OKR progress.
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with functional leads to address them.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the COO and senior leadership.
- Lead high‑priority projects across MENA, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the COO and project teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including functional leads, MDs, and Exco.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for the COO’s decision‑making and external communication needs.
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, economics, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5‑6 years of experience in strategy consulting, founder’s office, or similar strategic role; additional experience in technology, e‑commerce, or food industries is a plus.

- Data‑driven mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends and anomalies.
- Ability to present insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.

- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
