Assistant Manager Safety Divers – Dubai Parks and Resorts

• Oversee daily scheduling and performance of Safety Divers, Guides, VR Attendants, and Lifeguards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and Sea Trek protocols.
• Manage pre‑dive briefings, guest eligibility reviews, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment servicing and sanitation.
• Drive team training, certification renewals, and rescue readiness.
• Handle incident investigations, reporting, and guest concerns.
• Collaborate with other functions for event planning and guest flow efficiency.
• Ensure operational compliance with internal SOPs and local regulations.
• Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the Management Team.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Aquatics, Safety, or Hospitality).
• BLS/O2 Administration Certification.
• 5–7 years in aquatic or underwater operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and emergency response skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Sea Trek systems and equipment.
• Incident management and guest recovery communication.
• Proficiency in team scheduling and training planning.
