Responsible for implementing efficient procurement practices that ensure cost‑effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. The role supports the Procurement Manager with tendering, spend analysis, vendor relations, and contract management.

• Develop and implement cost‑saving strategies.
• Identify and execute value‑creation opportunities.
• Review, clarify, and act on purchase requests.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality and timelines.
• Adhere to internal procurement workflows and audit protocols.
• Maintain ethical dealings with vendors.
• Source suppliers for Food and Non‑Food categories.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement practices.

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Driving License:
  Mandatory (UAE).
• Industry Background: F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Food and Non‑Food Sourcing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly.
