Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of Algebra AI, a new regional holding company. Algebra AI is a joint venture between Infinity Constellation in NYC and Tier 1 regional MENA investors.

We build and scale AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors. Algebra AI will localize proven models and launch new ventures tailored to regional opportunities.

We’re hiring a Director, Strategy & Operations to architect and run the commercial and operating engine across Algrebra AI’s portfolio. You’ll own GTM strategy, partnership frameworks, operating model design, and service prioritization—then drive execution to targets. This is a hands-on operator role with portfolio-level scope.

• Define and execute go-to-market plans for each business unit.
• Identify and prioritize services; set pricing and margin guardrails.

• Build frameworks for collaboration with Infinity portfolio companies and external partners.
• Negotiate and launch strategic partnerships that drive revenue.

• Design and implement operating models (processes, roles, cadence).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at target margins.

• 8–12+ years in strategy and operations leadership (consulting, venture studio, startup/scale-up, or portfolio/PE).
• Proven track record of launching GTM strategies and building operating models that deliver revenue and margin.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.

• Systems thinker who can turn ideas into playbooks and execution.
• Direct experience working with Agentic AI systems (multi-agent workflows, automation platforms, applied LLMs) — understands both how they work and how to sell them

• Tool proficiency: CRM (Hub Spot/Salesforce), Jira/Asana, Notion, Google Sheets, basic Figma (read/comment).
• Excellent communicator—able to produce crisp docs and decks for leadership, partners, and clients.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled workflows and automation in day-to-day operations.

• Builder-operator with a bias to ship; balances quality with velocity.
