Qmaizen Quality is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry and a strong sales background within the Egypt and MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC industry across Egypt and the MENA region
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
Ensure business development activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully
Track KPIs and sales targets and report performance to management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the TIC industry
Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Preferred certifications related to ISO and regulatory compliance
Nationality preference:
Filipino, African, or Arab (preferably Syrian or Tunisian)
Full-time, on-site role
Working hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
