Job Responsibilities:
Objective Management: Decompose and allocate category targets (for product categories such as smartphones, tablets, AIoT, etc.). Track and drive target achievement on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle management for assigned categories. Develop and execute product planning strategies for each phase: introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life. Based on product launch timelines, key selling points, and competitor analysis, formulate and deliver comprehensive launch plans for the Mi Home ecosystem. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of new Mi Home product launches.Sales Management: Be accountable for the sales revenue of the categories. Regularly compile, analyze, and report on sales performance. Conduct post-campaign reviews and summaries. Develop and refine category operation strategies and analytical frameworks.Market Insight: Gather and analyze information on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct product analysis and positioning. Formulate and drive the implementation of hit product plans. Develop product retail strategies. Monitor sales performance throughout the product lifecycle to identify patterns and optimize methodologies.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher. Fluent in English with effective communication skills.Passionate about the sales industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in category operations, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.Proficient in monitoring and analyzing the smartphone/tablet categories. Capable of regularly analyzing internal product performance, overall industry trends, and competitor data. Able to propose actionable optimization plans based on analytical insights.Excellent communication and strong cross-departmental collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive projects to efficient completion.Clear logical thinking, strong execution capability, solid data analysis skills, and effective problem-solving ability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
