Business Development Manager – Fit-Out, Joinery & Additive Manufacturing

We are a growing UAE-based group operating across architecture and interior fit-out, with in-house capabilities in joinery, furniture, and large-scale 3D printing / additive manufacturing.

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to independently manage and close opportunities across:

• Interior fit-out projects
• Joinery & custom furniture works
• Architectural 3D printing / additive manufacturing solutions

All verticals sit under one group and target the same core ecosystem: architects, designers, consultants, developers, contractors, and individual clients.

• Generate, qualify, and close business for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and 3D printing projects
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and procurement teams
• Handle incoming leads and proactively source new opportunities
• Present technical and commercial proposals and drive deals to closure
• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry networking events
• Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Proven business development or sales experience in fit-out, interiors, joinery, architecture, construction, or related fields
• Strong UAE market knowledge with an existing professional network
• Ability to close deals, not just coordinate or follow up
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant industry experience in the UAE market will be considered in lieu of formal education

• Fixed monthly salary, commensurate with experience and proven UAE market capability
• Project-based commission on successfully closed deals

• Exposure to high-value architecture and interior projects
