YOUR MISSION 🚀🎯 Your mission is to remove the CEO from everything that shouldn’t require his presence, while building systems that work without him.
Important note:
The responsibilities are broad by design. That is intentional. You will not do everything will sequence, systemize, delegate, and eliminate.
- Own the founder’s operating system: inbox, calendar, priorities, and follow-through
- Manage personal admin : banking, leases, visas, real estate, payments
- Coordinate travel and podcast logistics
- Investing & Real estate management

- CEO is no longer required for follow-ups, coordination, problem solving
- Decisions reach the founder prepared

- Negotiate with: banks, vendors, service providers
- Build credible BATNAs
