the Job

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client and partner relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective lead generation, relationship management, and market outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
  • Generate leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful conversions.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients and partners.
  • Support onboarding of new clients, brokers, or channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Result-driven and proactive approach
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Industry experience preferred but not mandatory
