The Head of Sales leads and drives all revenue-generating activities across UAE. This role owns revenue delivery, sales growth, corporate and B2C acquisition, marketing execution, and customer retention. The Head of Sales ensures continuous market expansion and performance across all business channels and is responsible for building a high-performing sales organization.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing function.
- Set sales KPIs, incentive schemes, and performance governance.
Revenue Delivery
- Own delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Drive acquisition and growth across corporate, leasing, rental and B2C channels.
- Ensure business growth across priority sectors and regions.
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Lead acquisition of new corporate accounts and enterprise clients.
- Drive tendering success in partnership with Commercial & Finance teams.
- Lead revenue-retention discussions with existing accounts.
Marketing Management
- Lead and oversee the Marketing team.
- Ensure marketing activity supports revenue objectives.
- Direct digital campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand initiatives for growth.
- Work closely with Finance and the Commercial Manager on retail rental pricing alignment.
- Execute rapid retail pricing adjustments aligned to market dynamics.
- Own retail pricing responsiveness and feedback loops.
- Oversee forecasting accuracy, CRM usage and pipeline integrity.
- Lead weekly/monthly sales review cycles.
- Maintain commercial discipline within the sales function.
Strategic Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Resolve commercial escalations that impact revenue or client retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar field; MBA preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing mid-size to large sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic or other regional languages is a plus. - 8–12 years of sales leadership position experience in car rental industry.
- Local (UAE or GCC) experience is must; international exposure is a plus, especially in similar operational roles
