Job Description Summary

Taree Ge Graduate Program Training is a 1-year program and an investment in young talents. GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria, giving them the opportunity to perform a traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and develops both general skills and technical knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Understand the existing landscape of the GE Vernova installed fleet, technology, and contractual relationships with customers.
• Assist in setting up, planning, and executing maintenance outages, including milestone planning while coordinating with internal functions.
• Track customer purchase orders, follow up on internal conversions, and update execution status.
• Handle billing, invoice tracking, and cash collection follow‑up with customers and internal status reporting.
• Manage and update customer/site technical issues tracker and drive resolution within the organization with various stakeholders.
• Support the management of multiyear contracts.
• Maintain and update ERP‑based planning tools and digital dashboards.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits when required.
• Work with colleagues on process‑improvement projects and Kaizen events.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Maximum two years of experience in a related field.
