About

the Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Insta Shop’s growth and expansion. Acting as the first point of contact with our valued partners, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with top retailers in the region. This role is essential to building Insta Shop’s network of high-quality shops that align with our standards of service excellence and growth objectives.

You will develop and implement business development strategies, execute impactful programs, and mentor team members to support Insta Shop’s vision for leadership within the Q-commerce market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners and key accounts across the region
  • Driving the growth of mid-tier and strategic partner shops to strengthen Insta Shop’s market presence
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in products, processes, and operational metrics to optimize performance
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of mid-tier and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with monthly revenue and growth targets
  • Mentoring team members in managing client relationships, including acquisition, negotiation, and the cultivation of long-term partnerships
  • Ensuring monthly performance targets are met by identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
  • Providing feedback to enhance operational processes and the overall customer experience
  • Continuously refining business development strategies to stay ahead of market trends and maximize growth opportunities
  • Developing tailored marketing packages in collaboration with the campaigns team and pitching to strategic accounts to drive revenue
  • Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience in securing high-impact partnerships
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to maximize profitability and ensure long-term success for the company
  • Maintaining and managing positive GPO and healthy PnL
