As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to product development and performance. Your role involves providing insights to support decision‑making processes and contributing to the improvement of product strategies.

• Write clear user stories to communicate business requirements to the team.
• Analyze customer data, feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
• Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
• Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
• Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven solutions with a customer‑first approach.
• English and Arabic speaker.
• Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 years.
• In‑depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles.
• Top communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
