• Support to ensure you have all the tools you require to complete your day-to-day tasks.

• Develop knowledge of all Marriott SOPs and LSOPs and related Marriott Corporate policies in the credit department.
• Assist AR Clerk with invoice preparation.
• Assist AR team with day-to-day reconciliation and preparation of SOAs.
• Assist AR Clerk for audit compliance to credit policy and LSOP by other departments.
• Assist AR team with filing to ensure all records are stored in the assigned area.
• Follow up on all outstanding accounts and maintain proper documentation and history log.
• Inform AR Supervisor / AR Clerk of current and potential credit problems.
• Ensure proper handling of credit cards and imprints.
• Assist AR team with group billing follow-up and adjust where needed.
• Reconcile all receivable related accounts monthly to include city ledger, guest ledger, allowance for doubtful accounts, and other accounts as requested by the Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Cover the Accounts Receivable clerk duties during his absence.
• Maintain a close relationship with other department heads.
