Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various departmental teams to drive collaboration and achieve improved business results.
- Prepare, review, and maintain clear and well-structured business requirements and project documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage and finalize Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Provide monthly updates to management through detailed reports and presentations on project status and progress.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate usability testing (UT) sessions both moderated and unmoderatedto assess product performance and identify usability issues.
- Support the section in updating quarterly KPI results, including actual outcomes, actions taken, impact analysis, and corrective measures.
