Senior Consultant - Lean Management

Main Objective

As a Senior Consultant within the Four Principles Management Consulting team, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact Lean and operational excellence projects across various industries. You will work closely with clients to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions. You will be expected to contribute to project execution, client engagement, and internal capability development, while supporting Managers and Principals in delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Lean and operational excellence projects across industries, applying Four Principles methodologies.
• Conduct detailed process analyses, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams to drive change and build capabilities.
• Support the design and implementation of transformation roadmaps and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to client stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to internal knowledge development and methodology enhancement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants on project tasks and professional development.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Solid understanding of business processes and operational improvement techniques.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Saudi Arabia.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
