Müller's Solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager for our Managed Services division. In this role, you will be pivotal in creating growth opportunities and expanding our service offerings. You will identify potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and provide customized solutions, contributing to the overall success of the company.
As a key member of our team, you will spearhead initiatives to market our Managed Services while collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure that client needs are met with maximum efficiency. Your strategic insight and proactive approach will drive our business forward and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and promote business development strategies tailored to Managed Services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional to create integrated service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance against targets.
- Participate in industry events to showcase Müller's Solutions and network with potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in managed services or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and market trends.
- Leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for results and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.
