Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead and grow key client accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive measurable business results. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-management skills, and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key and strategic accounts
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights and reports
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account transitions
  • Mentor junior account managers when needed
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or high-value accounts
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus
