Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead and grow key client accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive measurable business results. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship-management skills, and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of key and strategic accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights and reports
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth account transitions
- Mentor junior account managers when needed
- 4–6+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or high-value accounts
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS is a plus
