We are supporting a leading institutional investor in the GCC with the appointment of a Senior Manager within its Performance Analytics function. The role sits close to the COO and provides high-impact analytical, strategic, and operational support across corporate performance, investment analytics, macro trends, and data governance. This mandate is suited to a seasoned professional with deep experience in performance measurement, KPI frameworks, and investment-related analytics within sophisticated financial organizations.

Core

Responsibilities Performance & Corporate Analytics

• Drive the full corporate performance cycle, including KPI design, target-setting, scenario analysis, and preparation of reports for senior leadership and board-level committees.
• Analyse organisation‑wide results, benchmark outcomes, and secure internal approvals for performance frameworks.
• Support the alignment of corporate KPIs with business strategy and coordinate their rollout across verticals and functions.
• Assist senior departments, particularly investment‑related teams, with benchmarking, market analysis, valuation inputs, quarterly reviews, and preparation of board materials.

Macro, Factor & Market Analysis

• Monitor global macro conditions and provide data‑driven insights to support investment decision‑making.
• Track market developments, extract insights from mainstream and alternative datasets, and contribute strategic input to ongoing portfolio oversight.

Data & Infrastructure

• Act as the internal subject‑matter lead for Sim Corp: oversee data inputs, data architecture, governance controls, and reporting improvements.
• Strengthen data quality, automation, and analytics capabilities across the organisation.

Strategic Support to COO

• Partner with the COO on cross‑functional initiatives, including strategy development, townhalls, research projects, operational reviews, and ad‑hoc special assignments.
• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at streamlining analytics and enhancing reporting standards across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of progressively senior experience in performance analytics, investment performance, or financial data roles within institutional investment environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; CFA preferred.
• Strong grounding in macroeconomics, financial markets, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Excellent analytical capability, quantitative reasoning, and ability to synthesise insights for senior audiences.
• Experience with KPI design, performance reporting, and benchmarking against global standards.
• Strong understanding of data governance and modern analytics tools;
  Sim Corp expertise is highly advantageous.
• Able to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on—comfortable managing multiple deadlines and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• High levels of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to influence non‑technical and senior stakeholders.
