• Guide industries towards sustainable growth and transformation.
• Work closely with governments, industry associations, and private sector clients to develop impactful strategies and policies that drive economic development.
• Provide leadership and expertise in industrial dynamics and policy advocacy to shape the economic landscape.

• A minimum of 10–12 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, or construction, with a strong focus on economic research, economic policies, report making, etc.
• Masters or Ph.D. in Economics. An MBA in business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred, including STEM, from a global top university or business school.
• Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate feasibility, conduct cost‑benefit analyses, and recommend optimal strategies.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and insights effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing project teams and contributing to team development.
