Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Floating RFQs, obtaining quotes, completing commercial & technical evaluation.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and create purchase orders (POs) using ERP platforms.
- Track orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain supplier master data, item catalogs, updated pricing, and documentation archives.
- Perform cost analyses, monitor spending, and seek opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and KPIs.
- Engineering Degree/Business Administration in Supply Chain.
- 2–5 years’ experience in procurement within a luxury hotel, Engineering or Facility Management Procurement background.
- Proficiency in procurement and ERP software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, multitasking, and communication skills; adaptable to multicultural settings.
- Preferably certified (e.g., CIPS) and holding a UAE driving license is an advantage.
