• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years experience in export management or international sales roles.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and international shipping processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience dealing with international partners and clients.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in foreign languages is highly desirable to facilitate international communications.
