UAE&GCC,buildingastrongsalespipeline. - Developconsultativerelationshipswithdecision-makersand
C-level executives. - Designtailoredproposals,negotiatecontracts,andclosedealswithawin-winapproach.
- Stayaheadofmarkettrends,competitors,andclientneeds.
- Collaboratecloselywithdeliveryteamstoensureseamlessexecution.
For:
- Experience: 5+ years in sales (hunter profile) within staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions or any HR Tech Industry.
- Education:Master’sorbachelorsin
Business,Sales,Marketing,orrelatedfield. - Skills:Strong negotiation,presentation,and relationship-buildingabilities;
CRMproficiency;entrepreneurialmindset.
