We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic CEO Personal Assistant with responsibilities similar to a Chief of Staff. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, the ability to manage high-level administrative and strategic tasks, and a strong understanding of business operations, executive coordination, and personal brand management.
The ideal candidate will act as the CEO’s right-hand person, ensuring efficiency in both professional and personal engagements while managing key business functions.
Manage meetings:
Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action points.
Support with business administration:
Handle high-level business operations, documentation, and reports.
Oversee key client relations:
Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage key recruitment and interviews:
Assist in hiring top talent and coordinating interviews for key leadership roles.
Manage travel:
Organize complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both business and personal trips.
Coordinate speaking engagements, events, and consultancy work:
Arrange and oversee public speaking opportunities, events, and high-profile meetings.
Manage investments:
Oversee personal and business investments, track portfolios, and liaise with financial advisors.
Handle personal errands:
Ensure seamless handling of lifestyle management, including personal commitments and special requests.
Oversee social media presence:
Work with PR and marketing teams to enhance the CEO’s digital presence.
Manage the CEO’s personal brand:
Oversee branding efforts across media, speaking engagements, podcasts, and consultancy projects.
Manage the CEO’s calendar:
Ensure seamless scheduling, prioritizing, and time management.
Streamline operations:
Improve efficiency through process optimization and strategic planning.
5+ Proven years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant at an executive level.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing social media, branding, or PR is a plus.
Strong understanding of business administration, operations, and recruitment processes.
