Job Description – Export Sales Coordinator Role Overview
The Export Sales Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end export order coordination, SAP/ERP order processing, export documentation, customer coordination, and sales support. The role requires strong exposure to export operations, documentation, LC handling, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate execution of export sales orders.
Key Responsibilities1. Export Order Processing
Prepare Proforma Invoices and enter export orders into SAP/ERP
Track order execution from booking to completion
Coordinate with internal teams and share order execution status with the sales team
SAP/ERP experience is mandatory
2. Export Documentation
Prepare export documents:
Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, InsuranceHandle Letters of Credit (LC) and prepare documents as per LC terms
Maintain export documentation and track payments and overdue status
Validate export documents before sharing with customers
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and update customer databases
Coordinate with key accounts and resolve customer queries effectively
4. Sales & Administrative Support
Support the sales team with reports, presentations, and proposals
Assist in preparing sales contracts and agreements
5. Internal & External Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Stores, and Finance teams
Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and product details to customers
6. Market Research & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends and sales opportunities
Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
7. Inventory & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries
8. Customer Service & Follow-ups
Address customer complaints professionally and promptly
Follow up post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction
Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement
9. Compliance & Technology
Ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Utilize sales tools and stay updated with new technologies
Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,500
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
