Full-Time Live-in Nanny (Baby-Focused)

A private family based in Jumeirah Islands is seeking an experienced, mature, and highly responsible full-time live-in nanny to care for their 12-month-old daughter. A temporary nanny is currently in place, and the family is looking for a long-term Russian speaking nanny who can commit to staying with the child as she grows. The nanny will share a bedroom with the child until approximately age three.

Both parents travel frequently, so reliability, focus, and emotional stability are essential.

• Russian – essential
• English – fluent, daily use

• Minimum 3 years of solid baby/toddler experience
• Early Childhood Education or similar qualification strongly preferred
• Educated, mature, and emotionally stable
• High energy level, attentive, and able to focus for long hours
• Naturally warm, positive, and smiley personality
• Genuine love for babies and comfort around dogs

• Full care of a 12-month-old girl
• Age-appropriate developmental support and engagement
• Daily hygiene and routines
• Organising the child’s wardrobe and belongings
• Maintaining cleanliness and order related to the baby only
• No cooking required

• One small family dog (Japanese Spitz)
• Dog-friendly attitude required
• Driving is not required

• Live-in position
