About the Company:

My Client is a Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing high‑rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Lead and manage the execution of high‑rise building projects from planning through handover.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and chair progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
• Resolve conflicts and technical challenges efficiently and professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on high‑rise building construction.
• In-depth knowledge of high‑rise construction techniques, structural systems, and vertical logistics.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
• Experience with high‑rise residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
